There are several things you can plan to do on your own that will help you manage your erosive acid reflux disease: *Make sure that you take your medication when you are supposed to take it. *Change your diet. Refuse to eat certain foods and eat smaller meals. *Learn what foods or habits trigger your acid reflux. *Don't hesitate to ask your doctor any questions you may have about erosive acid reflux disease. The best plan, if you have experienced the symptoms of acid reflux, is to make an appointment with your doctor to get some help as early as possible.
